Refund Policy Disclaimer

 

All deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for payments made beyond the deposit will only be issued in strict accordance with Sure Transit Cancellation and Refund Policies. Customers acknowledge and agree that:

 

  • Refund eligibility is subject to compliance with the stated policies.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made outside of the allowable cancellation window or for failure to meet Customer Responsibilities (e.g., access issues, improper preparation, prohibited items).

  • Sure Transit is not liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure events (natural disasters, severe weather, road closures, labor disputes, or government restrictions).

  • Any approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 3 - 7 Business Days.

 

 

By booking services with Sure Transit, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy Disclaimer.

Refund Policy - the basics

  • All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of your move.

  • Payments made beyond the deposit are only refundable if the service is canceled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

  • If services are canceled by the customer outside the allowed cancellation window, no refund will be issued.

  • If Sure Transit is unable to perform the scheduled service due to reasons within our control, a full refund of the deposit and any payments made will be issued.

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original form of payment within 3 - 7 Business Days.
